Rack and Cabinet Construction
A professionally custom-made rack is key in achieving great functionality while providing easy access for service or future upgrades. Our rack and cabinet construction is performed in a controlled environment where our technicians make sure that all components for sound, image and network are installed to our partners specifications. All components are carefully installed and tested to ensure that they operate efficiently while maintaining good airflow. Our technicians take their time with cable management and label all components and cables should there ever be any need for troubleshooting or service.
Repairs and Service
At Special-Elektronik we have an authorised team of technicians to handle any types of repairs for our most common AV and CATV products. We can perform repairs at an advanced level and we always use original parts where available. Our technicians will help you with everything from troubleshooting to replacing bulbs in projectors. We can also provide you with the production of cables, LED-strips and various sockets to accommodate any custom orders.

Crestron Support
Special-Elektronik has been the exclusive distributor of Crestron in Sweden since 2007. We have extensive knowledge of their control systems and products for technical integration. When you purchase a Crestron product from Special-Elektronik you can be sure to receive thorough support for any type of project. Our dedicated support team is experienced in questions relating to programming, development and operations. We will assist you with any troubleshooting and supply you with any technical information you might need.
We perform a number of Crestron related services such as:

Logistics Services

We can help you with:
- Testing and configuring products according to your specifications
- Updating system software and firmware
- Documenting all products for easier handling
In addition, we also provide a service for convenient room by room packing where we pack and label an order for its intended place of installation. The order can then be split up and shipped on different dates, all according to your specifications. It does not get easier than this! All products for a specific room will be delivered together, pre-configured and updated to the latest firmware—all you need to do is install them!
